How dusty is my cockatoo?

This is what I get off his paper shredder toy (it's like plastic with a paper roll inside) every single day. He tends to snuggle up to it

Don't complain about that Daisy. It just shows he has lovely healthy feathers and no sign of PBFD. I cop that all the time when I get cuddles from my Charlie, it is especially noticeable if I am wearing a dark top.

That is seriously dusty! No cockatoo for me, ever!..they're lovely birds but I have trouble breathing when I do the vacuuming of my bird room already.

I clean him out every day and mist the cage floor too so it doesn't fly up everywhere. Big help! I just need a very good air filter

I'm happy that Janosch and Paulchen have no feather dust or so few that I don't notice.
We are living in the same room.
