Something different

Here's a new one for ya! My tiel Good Charlotte bit her tongue a few minutes ago and had a bloody mouth and beak.???? How she did it I don't know. No blood any where on her or the other tiels. No blood feathers. I checked her out and could see her tongue was bloody. It stopped right away, no excess drippy blood. I wiped her beak and put her in her cage. she went right over to the pellets and started eating. Now she is napping.
Any one ever have a bird that has done this to them selves?
