It is a male Gang Gang Cockatoo from Australia. The females don't have the red head. They are found in New South Wales. They are found in the Snowy Mountains and there are small flocks up near me in Sydney.

Oh, gang gang! I love them, they are so gorgeous. There's a pair at Parrot Jungle Island here in Miami who were very sweet Just don't tell the employees I was sticking my fingers in the cage and rubbing their heads!
