agreed, looks like an amazon, but not sure on species. it doesnt look in good feather either, so makes it a tad hard :/

it's not a pionius, the red in the wings tells you that, no red under the tail and the body shape is different. its DEFINITELY an amazon parrot

Looks like a young mealy amazon to me Colors certainly match up for a mealy but s/he seems a little petite
