goose had a seizure yesterday morning so i took her back to the vet and it turns out she had heavy metal poisoning. she got the firs of what was supposed to be 11 injections over 5 days but at about 5 last night she was on my shoulder when she had the first of 9 consecutive seizures all in my arms on about number 7 i said to her that it was okay , that i love her and she can go. but now that she is gone i am broken. i haven't stopped crying since she died

Oh no, that is so sad! Reminds me of when I lost Apple, and now I'm getting
emotional... Fly free! Rest in peace, Goose!

As soon as I saw seizures I knew it was poisoning I had attended my avian vets seminar and we had to watch a maroon bellied conure have a seizure. Very hard to watch. I'm so so sorry for your loss
