vacation = cooking for the birds

I used Lindsey's recipe from talkbudgies mostly but modified it a little, mostly to decrease the overall amount the recipe produced. I still have to freeze a lot for future.

I used quinoa as my grain. For veggies I used mustard and turnip greens, plus squash, yams, and beets. I added cal d solve, a sprinkle of spirulina, and a tiny drizzle of red palm oil. Of course eggs and pellets as the recipe called for. I hope they like it. They historically have not been fond of eggs.

I went crazy since I'm on vacation and also made veggie mash and bird bread. The veggie mash has quinoa, jalapeño, greens, crushed chili, cayenne, herb salad, and a drizzel of red palm oil. The bird bread has spelt flour, pellets, one egg, red palm oil, blackberries, blueberries, beet, squash, yam, green beans, and broccoli.

In most region of the world parrots do not like cooked food items. Can you briefly guide me which breed of parrots eat cooked food. I read too much about cooked food for parrots but i have 3 different parrots and none of them take cooked food.
