Question Higgins Worldy Cuisines

Has anybody tried feeding these to their birds? One of the shops I buy from has started to stock these (which I am thrilled about because the UK hasn't had these yet to my knowledge) and I'd love to try them out with my guys mainly for convenience or mix things up a little bit. Would love to know how you've gotten on with them if you have bought them yourselves! Pictures would also be appreciated

I haven't seen this brand where I shop but I would try it if I do find it, it looks like a healthy breakfast muslix I use to eat.

Some of them look really nice and I think my birds would like the spicy ones!

I've seen pictures of the food dry but it would be nice to see some of it cooked/birds eating it! Thank you though

@catalinadee I buy a few Worldly Cuisine packs every time I visit the Bird Farm as they are like $2 or $3 a pack I think. They are really cool, easy to make. Digby is picky so he picks around in it as he pleases, but that's better than him just ignoring it completely! I've heard great things about the Wordly Cusines from other people as well and I think it's a great way to add variety. I do have to add that one time I had a pack that might have gone bad, because when I cooked it, the smell was so god awful I felt sick and we had to throw it all away. It's hard to describe but it was just so off and weird. I don't know if that was just that particular kind or if it had really gone bad (I'm trying to remember which one it was!) so just a heads up on that. Most of them smell rather good when you cook them though.

Yes I bought them and made them and freezed them in ice cube trays. The birds liked them.

I get all my stuff online haha! That's the only online store that had it in the UK and they sold out fast. We have two main stores. Northern Parrots and Scarlett's Parrot Essentials. We have next to no bird specialist stores and the pet shops we do have sell rubbish toys and food

So Higgins Wordly Cuisines is in new packaging. Now they are in packs you can heat up for a minute in the microwave. It is so much easier than on the stove, which required much more time and dishes. I'm personally thrilled. Obviously be careful not to heat it up too much and try to avoid hot spots.

Thank you for the heads up! The store I would have got them from here in the UK just re-stocked them so come next Friday when I get paid I may have to grab some I noticed they do smaller sizes for people who just want to try them out so I may get a couple of those instead

Yes! That's the new packaging! It's thicker and nicer, and resealable (can't remember if the previous ones were or not). What they were in before was thinner and cheaper plastic.
