Picky parrot

Hey all,
I need suggestions for my two green cheek conures (Duckie, yellow-sided GCC and Eden high red GCC) They both live in the same cage and get along great, even though they are complete opposite in personality , my eldest GCC Duckie, i've had for almost a year and a half is most fussiest parrot I have ever met and the one I have the problems with not eating most of his fruits and veg . I offer my parrots pre made chop every morning and night but most of it is just chucked on the bottom of the cage or left in the dish. I've tried blended chop, chop made in the morning while the both of them watch me but in the end, i've just resorted to freezing it and giving it to them defrosted the next day. Duckie will eat Apple, kale, green/red capsicum, sweet potato, grapes and berries but every thing else he screws he's nose up to, while his "brother" is willing to try new thing and will eat most of them Do any of you have a parrot like this? if so how did you get them over this?

Thanks.

Sometimes nothing works with a fussy parrot. You are lucky if you can get him to eat anything fresh just keep offering it and offer pellets and some seeds so you know he isn't starving. If he is really hungry he will eat the fresh chop you offer him but he's obviously not hungry and doing fine ignoring the good foods his cage mate loves.

Try offering a few new things and change it up every once in a while. Corn on the cob is a big hit with my birds and fresh peas fresh spinach and lettuces. All you can do is hope he will try something new and enjoy it in time.

Everyone has had a fussy parrot one time or another. Keep on trying to get him interested.
