Question Fresh Veggies

Hey all, I have a question regarding fresh veggies. I have been using Dr. Harvey's Veg to Bowl for birds for about a year and my fids seem to love it, however, I was wondering if anyone else has used anything different. I opt for fresh veggies, but does ANYONE know a way to prepare veggies fresh and have them last? Should I freeze them?

I generally use frozen mixed veggies with extra frozen corn mixed in. (They love corn) It's too hard for me to keep fresh veggies fresh, so this works for me. The frozen veggies are supposed to be more healthy than the fresh (I've heard), because they are frozen immediately, while the fresh travels to the market. I don't have any waste this way, because I only defrost the amount they get that day. They also get dehydrated veggies and fruit in their treat mix, and fruit and veggies in their birdie bread.

I use frozen veggies and fresh ones that I freeze. I also make a great bird bread that the birds love. I cut it into pieces and freeze that too.
