Had a go!

So I got the BirdTricks cookbook yesterday and thought I'd have a good go at making some stuff

Here's some stuffed sweet potatoes

And here's the filling, which was a thicker version of one of their soups

Went down a huge hit!

Gotta say though, little bit unimpressed with the cookbooks themselves, the pages are all beautiful and everything, very well done! But there are quite a few spelling mistakes and little things like that. I was mostly dissapointed with the one for people and parrots as it was a bit bland, the others were very colourful and every page had tons of info, but that one really wasn't thrilling and didn't have many recipes. The pages were a little bit... off? like there'd be a picture and then a simple list of what to do that would take up no more than a quarter of the page! It is good though, the holiday book and normal parrot book are brilliant. I'm now going to start feeding the 'chop' style food daily, in the mornings, with a recipe from there every evening. Everything looks great and so far my birds absolutely love it
