How about a recipe? I'm not good at "cooking" but I can follow directions I'd like to freeze the food so I can do it once a week.
Any suggestions Mrs. Jessica?

There truly isnt a recipe, but what I do is but all kinds of veggies &greens chop them in a food processor. Then I mix in frozen vegtables, brown rice, whaet pasta. I also buy Bobs Red Mill organic 13 bean mix, veggie soup mix, brown and wild rice mix cook and mix that in. Then I put it in freezer bags and freeze for later use. It is easy

I do the same thing. I don't have a food processor. I got a little chopping thing from WalMart for $10 and it works great! It even chops up carrots in seconds. It was the best $10 I ever spent.

So this is their main diet? Or you still do pellets?

Do you process the veggies until they're like baby food or do you leave it wheere there is chunks of it for the fids to chew on?

I leave it so it is tiny pieces of food. Here are some pics of the finished veggies then of the finished chop

I make mine in to small chunks too. And no this is not their only food. My birds also get seeds and pellets.
