Is chop the same as what I call mash?? If so mine varies from batch to batch.... I include all or any of the following, tiny pasta ( stars, balls, alphabets etc) cous cous, different kinds of rice, wild rice, lentils, split peas, millet, hemp seeds, minced nuts, quinoa, steel cut oats, barley, minced veggies which include hot or sweet peppers seeds and all, carrots, corn, peas, broccoli, and cauliflower. There may be other stuff I can't remember...lol I mix this with fresh veggies and sprouted seeds sometimes. I have 5 budgies a parrotlet and a GCC and they all eat this same mixture every morning. To store it I pack it into little plastic dishes that each hold 2-3 days worth and freeze... When I empty one dish I pull another out of the freezer and put in the fridge to thaw for the next morning.

I put almost everything safe for birds in that's healthy. Any veg I can get my hands on, quinoa, brown rice, lentils, pasta. Leave the veg fresh. No cooking! All other stuff cooked. Bagged up with enough for each day. I vary my mixes. For instance last night I made one weighs beets in and the whole thing went pink! I chop it up using a chopper and freeze it I make it as small as possible so everybody can enjoy it
