Birds love their fall treats

Fall is a great time to try new parrot recipes. My birds all love the winter squashes, and pie pumpkins. Just thought I would share some of my creations lately.

I got a pumpkin as well not to carve but I got the canned pumpkin. cause of me not knowing if an actual pumpkin was good for my birds or not. Well bird, since she doesnt eat any of her sweet treats that I give her. sadly

I mix canned pumpkin with quinoa then add some apples, raisins, peppers, and whatever else I want to add and my birds eat it up.
