Popcorn

I am thinking on having a late night snack however, I was thinking of popping up some popcorn. However, I was wondering if those kind of popcorn is alright to give to a parrot once in a while. I do butter mine but I plan to butter after I had given my bird some of the kernals. I wanted to make sure that those kind are alright to give when thats the only ones that I can afford at the moment.

Popcorn is fine to feed birds so long as you haven't put anything on it and there is nothing on it in the first place. I've found it in a few of my mixes too. I know you can get flavoured popcorn for birds

regular unbuttered popcorn is a good treat once in awhile, just give her one or two though

also, if you've carved pumpkins lately and have the seeds leftover, she can have the plain seeds too, she might LOVE those

I just want to add the best corn for birds is air popped not cooked on a stove or bagged micro wave, and given to the bird plain... My birds love it as a treat.

I did nt know that they were allowed the leftover pumpkin seeds from the pumpkins I'll have to get a tiny 59 cent pumpkin since she'll be the only one to eat them
