Most of it looks fairly good, but here are a few tips....Do not feed onion, some places state that it is harmful to parrots... I have heard garlic is harmful, but also have heard it is beneficial , I chose to err on the side of caution and do not feed it. Any dry beans fed MUST be well cooked or they are toxic... The exceptions are mung and adzuki beans.. A lot of those recipes call for oil... I would skip the oil personally, unless your parrot is very skinny and needs fattening up, they do not need the extra calories.

A few foods to never feed..
Avocado
Chocolate
Apple seeds , pear seeds
Peach pits, plum pits or other stone fruit pits.. Also avoid discolored fruit around the pit
Alcohol
Coffee and caffeine

Peaches and plums are ok.. Just the pits and the discolored fruit around the pit should not be fed.

I generally avoid anything that is even possibly toxic to my birds. There are enough foods that there's no need to feed any one food that could possibly harm my bird.
