She picked it up!!

That exciting moment when you see your brand new baby pick up a peanut with her foot out of her bowl and start chewing away!!

OMG I am so insanely excited right now. In 3 days she has settled in so well.

She hasn't figured out she is actually supposed to eat the peanut inside the shell but cracking into them is making me so happy.

YAY Beth!

It's amazing how you can get so excited over something so seemingly small when it comes to animals

LOL - Yes, it is! But, please, don't get the baby used to eating peanuts, they are not really good for them, you know...

I know, but the "baby" is 5yrs old and has never had a peanut in her life, so a few isn't going to kill her, and as I said, she doesn't even realise she is meant to eat the nut, she just wants to chew on the shell.

I'm more excited that she actually picked something up than being worried what a few peanuts will do to her

Good girl, Beth!!

I love it too!!! When I see my linnies come of age where they can use their feet to eat and play! Karma also has a little plastic pink poodle that she loves to play with, hoping to get a pix of that soon.

Come of age? Mina was doing this at like 7 weeks lol. Maybe she is just growing up too soon lol.
