Sun conure biting

I got a hand tamed sun conure several days ago. Starburst loves to be with people, but has a habit of always wanting to give kisses. I got it from PetSmart (which they handled it a lot, which was good in the fact of it being used to people) I have noticed that he tends to bite harder when you stop it from kisses, or something else it wants to be doing while out of the cage. I've been able to pet it, hold it on it's back, and found it loves hair. I don't want it to think it can bite whenever because we say no more kisses, or remove it from my hair (if we pet and it gives the warning bite that's fine, because it's letting us know not right now.) I don't want to terrify the bird, but I also don't want it to think it's okay to bite. Help please!

I left you a couple of links in your introduction thread that might help you with your new bird friend.

Hope it works out for you.
