Cool does this mean they trust me more ?

mumble and pudge (untame budgies) have come out of their cage on their own accord twice now pudge even landed next to me on the bed i am super excited

i want to know if this means the trust me more

they aren't scared of me , when i clean the cage and change their food and water they don't run or hide in a conner they just have no interest in me or my hands. i think they are just happy to be with each other

They're probably just used to you now and they know you're not a threat. It's good news though!

Yes, that means they trust you not to grab them or hurt them Next thing, they will be landing on your head and playing with your hair!

That's great! Definitely sounds like they trust your presence enough to share their personal space with you. They might not be comfortable with hands yet but it seems like it'd be easy for you to work on that now.
Good luck with further taming!

Hehehe...
I agree with the others. They are used to you. If you wanted to take further steps to taming them, I'd say go for it.
