rewarding

Bobs training is going well.
I still do him a pot of fruit to offer but he barely takes any.
He has a Lolly stick to chew.
But other than the odd piece of cardboard I dunno what else to offer as a reward?
He seems to like a kiss as a reward at times.
Any ideas?
