Sudden Change in Behavior

I am at a loss.
My Apple seems to hate me now! Two days ago he was fine. Super clingy, always wanting to be with me, completely comfortable with me. Now he runs away from me. He will not step up for anything, and it's like he's scared of my hands. This is such a sudden and major change that I'm confused and scared! Does anyone know what might be up?

Just a thought, not too long ago you added tons of new stuff to his cage. That's a big change for him as it is the environment he lives in. Perhaps he is trying to get his head around it and it has spooked him a little bit

My conure goes thru stages where she will run from me spooked, or fly off if I move my hand toward her.. I just move very slow then and she gets over it... Give her a treat and what ever was bothering her is suddenly gone... Hope you can figure it out.

Ice does this too sometimes.. Give it a couple days and lots of treats

Try to leave him on his own to give him some space
