Redirecting my Grey to kiss, not bite

Greys are so smart. My two year old TAG, Opal, was going through a nipping stage. She doesn't nip hard, just letting out her "feelings". So, I started to teach her to "no bite, we give kisses", most of her nips are when she's on my shoulder, so it's easy to grab her beak and give a kiss. The other night, she went to bite my cheek, then caught herself, and stopped and gave a very loud "smack" (kiss noise). I was impressed. Yesterday, she was "helping" me put away groceries and I was trying to move her and she went to bite my hand (not hard), stopped made the kiss noise and continued the bite.....It totally cracks me up at how smart she is, she knows better, but still will get her point across!!!
