Thumbs up Maybe some improvement!

So today she chirped and flew to me. And when she flew i offered her my finger and she stepped up WITHOUT biting me and flew back to the perch she was on! I gave her a treat and sctatches She stepped one other time today without biting and i did the same thing and told her she was a good bird. She likes when I sing apparently cause she will fly to me then

She did bite me once though hard, but hey no ones perfect. I just touched the tip of my finger to her beak and said no and she stopped. A few times she didnt bite or step up but just looked at me and at my finger and I still gave her a treat because she didnt bite

But overall she is getting a little better it seems each day, Thanks for everyones help

When you have her on your finger do the ladder routine. Place the finger from your other hand under her and say Step-Up, keep repeating this back and forth, having her step from finger to finger, and she will get the hang of Step-Up a lot quicker.

Congrats on the progress.

I tried that haha, and that's when she bit down hard as if to say she was done cooperating for now. She will do it fine with perches. Just not my fingers yet
