Unhappy Ugh-Oh, Cooper!

So When I got Cooper, he was nice to my mom and I. Then, I left for five days to go to a cabin and my mom was all who Cooper saw. And obviously she took him out and played with him. And now he likes her and not me.
Then, when I got home, I tried to play with Cooper and he bit me so hard that he drew blood.
So, now, he bites me and aggressively chases me. The only way to get him onto my hand is if I lure him with a treat. Then, he will step onto my hand and when he has finished the treat, he bites my thumb and squawks for me to put him in his cage.
And if my mom comes up, he will go right to her.
The thing is, I never did anything to him. Nothing! No teasing, yelling ignoring. Nothing.
This really makes me upset because, he is supposed to be my bird. I feed him, give him water, clean his cage. And everything else.

Kudos to anyone who helps
I am just so upset and I really need help.
Saralynn (P.S. He is a Green Cheeked Conure)

Sad to say but birds do choose their personal favourite. Loads of my birds adore my fiance, Jack, and don't really care much for me. If they're on him and I ask them to step up I usually get chomped. The best way to stop it, or at least help it, is to stop your mom hanging out with him so much. Make him realize that you're much more fun to be around. Then both spend time with him but make sure he spends more of that time with you. Give him treats, play with him etc.
