Hand raising baby lorrikeets

Gday guys n girls, recently I came across 2 baby lorrikeets (5 to 6 weeks old)in a tree that had to be removed. My family have been hand raising them for about a week now all good till this afternoon when one had a fall off my wife's foot from a height of about 3 inches. Since then the lorrikeet has been limp especially around his neck and very tired...any tips on what to do would help. 😔

Welcome to Talk Parrots, thank you for rescuing these baby lori's unfortunately I don't have any advice about how to raise or care for them. Perhaps there is a wildlife center near you that you can contact and ask them what you might be able to do for the bird that fell.

Good luck.
