Does this twine seem safe?

I want to get some twine for toys for my Lovebirds and Cockatiels and I am wondering if this twine seems safe to use.

I believe it is I'm sure another member on here uses it often, but I'd wait to hear other responses just in case

I have never used it but it looks good to me... It is sold as a parrot toy part.

Sometimes these ropes are processed with mineral oil, but you can smell that when opening the packet.
But for this price it should be high quality.

Thanks, I guess I will get it then. I bought a huge roll of this stuff but a different brand at the 99 cent store before and it was treated so that is what I was worried about.
