Toy Hanger

Hi Everyone,

I've looked all over and cant find a toy hanger with a hook on the end sort of like a plant hanger except smaller. This has to attach to my T-stand.

Does anyone know where I can find one?

Julie

I haven't found them either, so I improvised. I either tie things on with cotton or hemp rope Or use these baby rings and then hang things from those.

I got them on amazon, they are called bright starts lots of links. They sell them at target and walmart too. They are also great for makong toys hang lower in taller cages.

You could just get ceiling protectors that bird stores sell and hang toys? I'm a bit confused myself

I am not confused. I know exactly what you are looking for. I just haven't found anything that works either.

I don't know what a ceiling protector is. But I need my toy hanger to attach to my four foot T-stand and I want to attach this hanger to my t-stand so my birds can play with it while sitting on the stand. The toy needs to dangle down so the birds can play with it. It looks like a plant hanger but smaller to in size. I hope this description helps. I guess I will have to make one using a clothes hanger and maybe a hose clasp of some kind.

Is this what you mean?

If so it's called a cup hook (people used to hang their cups on them). It can screw to the underside of the timber perch on your T stand, and you can hang a toy on it.

They're available at hardware stores in a huge range of sizes and materials.

Cheers,

John.
