Question Toys and cage for two 4 y/o tiels?

I mentioned that Priscilla and Elvis are 4 years old. They're caged together because they've bonded (I think) to each other.

I'm trying to find a cage to fit both of them in and let them have more room. Their current cage is too small for them to stretch their wings completely and they definitely don't have enough toys. This cage is what they were given to me in.

What size cage do TWO cockatiels need at this age? Their wings aren't clipped, neither are their talons (therefore I'm terrified of them because they look like miniature eagles). I can't very well do anything about that because of their seemingly aggressive/scared personalities.

As for toys, we don't have a PetCo, Pet Smart or any other pet store nearby with foraging toys or anything. The perches they have are sandpaper (never gonna even think about that), natural wood, etc. and rope perches. I know rope perches can be dangerous, so I'm not really considering that.

Does anyone have any good places I could go (websites work too I guess) where I can find good, cheap toys for them? It'd be greatly appreciated.

Amazon USA is a great place to shop the cages are inexpensive under $100. You want a tall wide cage with lots of room so get the biggest one you can possibly afford. Most of these cages come with perches and dishes and they deliver to your door, assembly is easy!

check this link for more cages ---> AMAZON CAGES

I have this type of cage that I use to house 6 budgies in. I also used this same cage for 2 cockatiels once. It's $79.00

This cage is good also, its tall and thinner and good for tiels who love to climb up and down and forage on the cage floor. It also has perches and dishes. It's priced under $85.00

Amazon has other pages of links for toys you might like to buy or you could make your own toys.

There are a few threads and posts on here of people making toys with things from around your home, you can collect pine cones then wash and bake them in the oven to make sure they are bug free and give your tiels some natural toys to pick at.

Popsicle sticks dipped in fruit jello mix or fruit juices and left to dry can be tied together with hemp or jute and give the birds things to lick and chew on.

Ilovepets made threads here of DIY things for your birds. Check them out.

I would recommend getting hold of a flight cage Don't be scared of their feet, parrot feet don't hurt. I keep raptors and I promise they DO hurt haha!

I bet they do! I know how long their talons get.

I do too much snooping around on the internet about hawks, eagles and falcons and I know they get pretty long, and with the strength that eagles have, I'd take this on my bare arm any day. (plus they'd probably break my arm)

I love hawks and eagles, I would love to have one, but there's one thing I hate and that's nails in my arm.

But they have falconry gloves for a reason...
