It would be a nice indoor cage because it looks like the power coating on that cage is not for outdoor use, it'll rust in no time if you put that outside. Most of outdoor aviaries have sloped roof and that one hasn't.

There is also a pair of GCC for free on kijiji, apparently in perfect health would be perfect for this cage

But the bar spacing is 1inch and 4 cm

To big for a GCC
