Not getting along

My 2 cockatiels, and my GCC are housed next to each other in separate cages. I figured i need to let them out at separate times but whenever i let them out separately they cry and whine. And when they are out together they fight, so should i just move the cages into different rooms?

I would take them out for their out of cage time in different rooms. Or, cover one cage while the others are out if you get what I mean. The cockatiels are probably just jealous, but green cheeks are nasty to everybody
