Tree ID for perches?

Now the weather is getting better we can finally start getting to work on our garden. We have a couple of small trees growing at the top and I don't have a clue what they are. Is anybody here good at identifying trees? I'd like to know if they're safe or not, as I'd love some natural branches

Not very good pics, done on phone

Any info is really useful thanks!

Can you take a clipping down to your local store that sells trees and plants... Many times they can ID it for you.
