Thought to quickly share with you that I am receiving my new Linny on Friday. He will be a Dark Green split Lutino, Split Turquoise and the best of all - he is hand reared and not wild.
I had a sad story with my previous pair of Linnie's. The hen kept laying infertile eggs , no matter how hard I tried to stop her. She would also then eat them straight away. After a few years, she died, being egg binded. Then, a few months later, the cock just died for now reason at all, all though I thought that he missed her just to much.
So, I am extremely lucky to have found this baby and hope too also find a hen later.
Any way, will put some pics of my Quakers up later.
