Hi!

I have had birds all my life and recently my 23 year old Senegal died . I missed him but did not want to go with another larger bird right now so I got a parakeet. Then I decided I worked too much and he should have a companion so I bought another. They are separated right now for quarantine but I am hoping to put them together later. They are not tame and I am not sure they ever will be but I enjoy their antics all the same.

Welcome to the forum, I'm sorry for your loss of your senegal.

Hopefully your budgies will brighten your day with their crazy chatter and fun antics playing with each other.

We love photos here so please feel free to share your pics of your birds.

Question New Member

I am new on here, just signed up. The way I look at things, you can always learn something new, and you can assist others' with fun things they are doing or even issue's they are having.
I am sorry to hear about your Senegal. Such a loss after so many years!!
Glad to hear that you have decided to allow yourself a few others'. Even at the worst times', when your down, you can watch them and always find something different about them as well as funny.
The two new one's might just surprise you in becoming tame. The more time spent with them, the more they enjoy your company. At least I hope this turns our to be the case.
