Unhappy baby bird sick and NO vets :(

Dear forum people!
Thank you for reading my post, it will be quiet long because I need to tell the story of my parrot....

I have a baby African grey. She is 1.4 years old. Her name is Cookie. We live in Vietnam and there are NO vets around. They only do cats and dogs. So we have no chance of taking her to a specialist to other country because of stupid law that we cant export birds...

Cookie was a healthy bird. She used to play and scream and buzz around the house. She was eating everything with joy and was never a problem to feed until....

We started to give her egg and not warm food. (We never though its bad for her and she is so sensitive). She developed Candida (we did poop test) and we treated her with baby amoxicillin. It seemed we treated her...and she went back to buzzing and playing and be a happy bird.

Few month later we noticed she became buzzing around, sleeping more than usual. Then later she started to vomit in her water only . ( Sleezy white liquid) . she never vomited outside the water bowl. It seemd to be reaction on Zupreem pellets. We stopped giving them to her and changed that with fresh fruits and vegetables, but she still kept vomiting untill 1 day. She was sitting on her perch and not moving...didn't step on my hand or anything and when I put her on my hand she was so weak so she fell off my grip at all....I panicked!!!! ( she refused to eat veggies). So we gave her pellets again...and she was able to fly again and returned her grip....but then we noticed that her crop always empty....and she drinks a lot of water and kept throwing up white water and food, but no outside the bowls. And then we wighed her and she was 325 gramm!!! Whereas she was 480-500 gramms before….WE PANIKED
We took her to the only person who can know about parrots: the breeder. He gave her magical injection. ( He didn’t tell the name but said its very powerful drug to reverse liver damage and also multivitamin.) He said fed her with beans, plant protein and fresh vegetables.
We came home and she ate….ate well and started gaining weight back….5-8 gramms a day. When she got to 380 she decieded not to eat buckwheat and beens with vegetables anymore, we couldn’t put anything in her for almost 2 days….she dropped back to 340 gramms….We added brown rice and other veggies in the diet, also milk thistle, bird probiotic and Guardian angel vitamins. She stated gain weight again. She was 380 yesterday. She was abit singing yesterdat on the balcony and chewing her wooden perch. BUT She is VERY SLEEPY,,,ALL THE TIME HEAD TUCKED IN AND FEATHERS FLUFFED UP. SHE JUST WANT TO SNUGGLE CLOSER TO ME OR HUSBAND AND SLEEPS LIKE THAT. TODAY she didn’t want to eat her pumpkin with rice and veggies…..and sleeping on her perch.
Ouh, she doesn’t accept pellets….she vomits them all and feel very sick after them. So Harrison pellets wont be a solution. What food can we give her?
WE DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO….please help….does anyone has similar situation?
We love Cookie to bits and we cant loose her….please help…if there is any vet online….
Thank you for your time….

Thank you
