when you have over 20 budgies you need the biggest. :)

I mean, I didn't even know they made them that big, and with suitable seeds for budgies! Usually they do little ones, or medium sized ones which are pretty much just sunflowers for parrots

haha thats HUGE!! You house your tiel and budgies together? How do they get along? Are some of them are breeder pairs?

I've never had my tiels and budgies fight I've seen one of my budgies mate with a tiel and I've seen budgies preen the tiels but in the vid those are all boys. I don't house opposite sexes together. :)

When I used to keep budgies and cockatiels about 6 years ago I housed them all together. They usually get on fine :)

Very cute video! Diego is adorable:biggrin5:

Its usually not recommended to house cockatiels with another species unless in a large aviary, cockatiels like their own space and they are easily bullied even by smaller birds. Recently on TC a women was housing her tiel and budgie in a cage, her tiel bit a chunk out of the budgies beak because the budgie was invading the tiels space. So just use caution when thinking of housing different species together in a cage. :) If anyone wants to read this its a thread on tiels and other animals, http://talkcockatiels.com/showthread.php?t=27105

i house my ringneck and my gcc together and they have never even had an argument before, i tried to split them but that ended with marley stuck between cage bars and solo didnt stop calling for him

I housed my lucky with my budgie and it was ok at first but then he turned on her
and my other budgie was nasty to her from the start so i had to separate them and when they was out of cage too

P.s those arent the bells for wild birds are they, thats the only time I see them so big so Im just wondering? because there are different standards( lower standards) when processing wild bird seed compared to domestic bird seed and they also use lower quality seeds. If they arent wild bird seed bells just ignore this comment!
