Welcome to Saturday January 1, 2022! WOO HOOO ... ouch my brain hurts today for some reason.

May this year be filled with, happiness? Sure! Bright and sunny days? Sure! BUT who knows what Ma Nature will throw at us. Like today, its foggy as heck here ... so foggy I can't see anything outside my window.

I'm having a bad fantasy about a book called "THE MIST" by Stephen King. Have you read it? Have you seen the movie? Here's a lil taste of it ....

Happy Saturday to you............... Happy 2022 to you.............. OH MY GOD MY HEAD IS POUNDING. WHAT DID I DO LAST NIGHT? Why am I wearing an orange prison uniform? I am a little foggy here but its the first day of January 2022 and I need to tell you the weather is absolutely CRAP where I am right now. It's pea soup foggy and quiet outside. Its currently 5C feels like 3C.

We are getting Scary Weather Alerts here in Ontario telling us we is gonna be dumped on later today but I don't know what's gonna dump on us. Snow or rain or Snain ... or worse. Nice way to start a new year!


Rain or snow is expected to develop over the area late this afternoon or early this evening and then transition to snow. During this transition, there is a risk of brief freezing rain or ice pellets. Snow will continue into Sunday with peak snowfall rates of 1 to 2 cm per hour possible.

Total snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible by the time the snow comes to an end Sunday afternoon.

Travel may be hazardous Saturday night and Sunday morning as untreated surfaces are expected to become snow covered and icy.

Well ..... we got ZONKED. Rain rain rain and more rain all yesterday afternoon into the early evening and when I pulled the drapes closed about 8pm I see the rain has turned to full blown SNOW. UGH .... I was not happy to see it sticking around and becoming ice all over the place. It continued to snow all night and is still snowing today and its gray and dark and miserable. BUT ITS ALSO SOOOOOOOOO QUIET!

I like the quiet. The WNTNL's = The weather network that never lies ... says its -4C feels like -10C. It's suppose to snow lightly all day into the evening.

KILL ME NOW .... DAMN SNOW is blocking the entrance to the PEEPERS ARK! I can't get in there to build. As if I wanna build on a Sunday,
is it Sunday? I'm so confused what day it is.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ... tis cold. -9C feels like -14C. It's not all bad cause its SUNNY! So bright and sunny and its snot snowing anymore. WOO HOOOOOOO! I don't think we got much snow just a couple of inches. Maybe it will allllll melt away tomorrow when it gets warmer.

I will hope and pray.

-6C feels like -11C. Chilly ... it might warm up later and get up to +2C ... wooo hooo! Bring it. Make sure there is some sunshine with this cold crap and I won't mind so much.

It's a dull gray day and 4C here ... feels like 2C. I won't complain about the temps ... but I will nag and whine about the rain we are due to have later and the 80mph winds we are being warned about. We are about to be blowedddddddddd ....

-5C feels like -11C ... its dark and dismal and gray and cold and the wind is still blowing like a crazy thing. Snow is suppose to develop later.

-6C feels like -13C the horrible harsh blowing wind has stopped the ice pellets and snow has started. I haven't got the energy to work on the dang ark this year. I wonder is Amazon. com sells Arks? Or IKEA ... yeah I can see IKEA creating a do it yourself Ark kit. You build it with an allen key or two. Oh yeah!

3 inches is a drag when you have to shovel it. 9F isn't so warm either we are almost neck and neck with temperatures Ozzie. Stay warm!

Its SUNNY ... woo hoooo ... its cold -6C feels like -11C. I am happy I am seeing LIGHT, bright beautiful LIGHT! Oh crap, just read my weather channel and it says it will be gray and miserable with SNOW this afternoon and evening.

It's raining out ... and the wind is blowing like MAD with gust at 57mph. I haven't seen a bird in my yard all day they are hiding from the wind. It's 5C but feels like -1C. Another day I am not working on the ark.

Oh joy of joy ... snow is predicted with some rain as well this evening. This means I will skate from my front porch to the car on the driveway tomorrow ..... not wearing skates either I'll be sliding around on my butt! It's gonna be messy!

I should have shut my mouth yesterday when I said it was cold .... today is cold. Yesterday not so cold .... it is overcast and gray and there was some hint of snow sometime in the wee hours. It is currently -14C but feels like -20C. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ..... bloooooody Brrrrr!

2C feels like -4C as its WINDY with gusts in the 45mph range. I HATE WINTER ..... wet snow is due today. UGH

-14C feels like -23C its SNOWING like crazy and I DON'T LIKE IT ... nothing I can do though, winter has finally arrived.

At least I didn't have to scrape snow and ice off my car today, SOMETHING did it for me!

It's sunny! It's freezing cold at -17C feels like -22C and its SUNNY ... the bad news is we are in for a STONKIN storm later this afternoon and into the night and allllllllllllllllll day tomorrow. Of course tomorrow I have 20 million things to do besides shovel the driveway for 2 hours before I can get the car out of the snow drift. Heck with it ... I will call a cab and request it has snow chains on it.

HOLY SNOWY BATMAN .... send in the plows! We are being ZONKED here in Toronto Canada. I am not happy ... I've been out shoveling the driveway and getting the sidewalk cleared. It's -2C feels like -9C ... its still snowing and the roads aren't clear and I don't have 4 wheel drive and I need to get to an appointment in an hour and I dunno if I will make it.
