I am a new green-cheeked conure owner and went a little nuts getting her food from the supermarket on my first trip, and in doing so discovered that she loves almond yogurt. This seems to make sense to me as a parrot treat, since it's nut-based, dairy free and has probiotics, but I'd love to know if anyone thinks this is an inappropriate food for her? Thanks!

Yogurt and cheese, cottage cheese, stuff like that is ok occationaly but only in small amounts. Birds are lactose intolerant so the should only have a tiney bit, not toxic.
