I'm looking into getting a lovebird in maybe august or September.

Do u guys have any info I could use?

Size of cage?

"outside" time needed?

Anything along those lines??

Thanks so much!

any out of cage time is appreciated by ANY species of bird, do what you can though and make sure you're always there to supervise when the bird is out.

I'd say the cage would have to be 30x30x18 personally, but if you have more than one then I'd make that bigger for a happy and comfortable life.

anything else you need to know just ask :)

Ok that's good. I could probably provide 3-6 hours of outside time.

Hhmm the cage seems a bit small the one I jar it is 20x20x30

I'll thinkabout that.. And toys for baby birds so it's not over welming?

For a baby, you want the cage to be a little more bare (less crowded) and perches lower down to start. You may want to put a towel on the bottom because babies are clumsy and s/he might take a fall as s/he learns the layout of the cage. As the baby gets a little older and less clumsy you can add more toys, swings, and perches :)

Out of cage time is always a good thing and the more time you spend with your baby the more tame s/he will become and the more tame s/he will stay
