Corey,
Do you mean she normally eats ZuPreem Fruity or Naturals? I ask because the dyes in the fruity pellets color the pooh. I feed undyed pellets, but at the store the birds all had access to both. Their pooh changed color when I switched them to the Naturals. Everyone went to green pooh then except for the Linnie, who went to a tan color that would turn green as it dried. Later, when I switched her to half ZuPreem Naturals and half Harrison's, even hers turned green. I do think the ZuPreem diets change the color of the poohs.
I called the vet just last week because my senegal's poohs changed drastically from a well-formed pooh with obviously separate components (urates separate from feces) to a foamy, one type of stuff. The vet said she thought she'd just had too much kale, and she eats kale often, but she had decided to pig out on the stems that day instead of the leaves. I panicked, but everything looked normal the next morning.
Then I though, wow, I sound like a new mother worrying over baby pooh, lol.
Just yesterday the store hadn't been able to get TOPS in, and so I bought some ZuPreem Naturals to tide her over. (They had weaned her onto that, but I'd had her on TOPS since she came home.) This morning her mouth smelled stale, and I panicked over that! Then I decided, hoped, it was just the change in the pellets - and the fact that she kept regurgitating for me - which she considers a compliment.
You are just showing how much you care by asking. I've done the same myself.
