So before we went on vacation last week my husband and i went looking for grape vines. We found a couple that will make great purches. So we striped the bark last week then today i have soaked it in a little bleach water and now i am baking it in the oven at 200. what do i do about the sap coming out of the end of the purch? Any and all answers will be truely appreciated. !:Thanks:

I watched the video but she didn't say what to do about the sap. So i just wiped it off while it was still warm from the oven and DH put the screws and washer in and affixed it to the top of the cage, the wood is actually kind of pretty, will definately make some more. Thanks.
