Having a single budgie don't live as long as having more then one?

I'm not sure if that's true, but when you have more than one budgie they are interacting with each other, which might make them happier and therefore live longer. I'm not sure, I've never really heard that anywhere before.

Nope, well, not in my opinion.
MANY people talk about having one, single budgie that has lived 10 years.
Maybe some budgies are happier with a friend, but I don't believe their life would depend on it :)

I would love to actually meet a budgie that is 10 years old honesty I don't believe they live that long. :)

With proper nutrition and care, they can. I know a budgie that has lived for ten years.

I've had budgies living to around 12-13 before!

It's the same as the lovebird myth - they die if they're alone?
Not true one bit

Hehe they are lovebirds though!
I personally like keeping one by itself if I want a buddy, if you get a pair they tend to be really irritated by you being there
