I have had it on him a couple of times since then, he's getting better and better - I stay in the house with him though since he's so little and only a baby.

Awww! Was it hard to get on him?

Not really, he's use to being handled and having his wings, neck and etc touched.

If your bird doesn't like his/her wings being touched or their neck and head being touched, it will be a lot harder to get on.
