He is a handsome bird. How is he adjusting to your home, and how are you and Ken adjusting to him? How is your breathing?

It's amazing how well he settled. He seems quite happy, but I suppose I may not know if he's missing his people. He hasn't called for them...

We are both enjoying him. He "cried" yesterday, similiar to a small child. It made me laugh, but Ken was a bit disturbed. I think he thinks Freddie was actually crying, and not just mimicing. He alternates the crying with a hearty laugh, so he's just making sounds.

Nanay, so far, no signs of allergies, or breathing issues. :)

This is all wonderful news, Sharon.

The double yellow head at the bird store cries like a baby, too. Perhaps amazons love that particular sound.
