Mumbles tail grew in squished?

The last few week i noticed Mumbles tail is on a 40 degree angle to the right , not straight like it should be , and theres 3 feathers on the bottom of the main tail that are about an inch away from the main tail feathers.
anyone have anythoughts?
is it a bad molt or something bad?




Also , I felt where the tail begins to squish and theres a lump
the lump is kinda feels 'fatty' , does this mean its a fatty tumor?
we have not avian vet on the island , im broke I dont know what to think
