Here I was this weekend (sick and miserable) I get up to check my email in an attempt to be alive and here is an email from someone asking me to adopt their parrot. So we now have another amazon, Sam a blue front amazon. He is a doll. Quite tame. Another import bird who is 41 years old. It's going to take some getting used to though because Sam is fully flighted! Lol!

We have several flighted "wild" birds, but they are all small! Lol!

They can hear each other and have been calling back and forth but I am still keeping them seperate. Even though Sam was an only bird. I don't want to take chances, and it will also give Maggie a chance to ease in to another larger bird. The blue fronts are a bit bigger than the red lored.

I love having flighted birds... but a larger parrot would definitely be a handful lol!
