Hi guys! A lot of you probably know me already, but here I am. I'm Masae, I found this forum from Talk Budgies, and am really looking forward to participating in this forum.

I currently have one Sun Conure, and six budgies.. Even though budgies aren't really parrots.

Hello and Welcome, Masae . Budgies are toooooo parrots . I love your sig, I'm pretty good with computers, but hopeless with photoshop ( making signature pics ), I just end up getting frustrated and say "bugger it" :lol:

Welcome Masae. Glad you found us. Budgies are a type of parakeet and parakeets are a type of parrot.
I have a lineolated parakeet and there are people who argue it shouldn't be called a parakeet. It can all be so confusing sometimes.LOL

Lies! Lies I say! I was always told that Budgies are birds, parrots are parrots! And that a prerequisite to being a parrot is eating food with their feet.

Of course, I'm kidding. Thank you for the info, I really didn't consider Budgies to be parrots... I just can't see them as a parrot. It really is confusing. Oh well, live and learn.
