I know parrots shred their toys but this morning Ollie had diarrhea and then he passed what looks like a ball of paper... Should I remove the toy?
Also I just put him on a new type of pellets a few days ago and ever so then his droppings have been different, is that normal?

I'd remove the toy, and yes most birds have a change in color and consistency of their droppings after they have new foods so don't be too concerned about the droppings. It should clear up soon.
