Are you sure that is a him?? Looks like a her to me....but pretty bird either way. I have a blue male and they have a blue mask as well as deep indigo blue on the edge and underside of the wings and on the lower back.

I can't see anyone seeing that bird and not wanting one.
I will have a parrotlet sometime. It's a personal rule of mine as far as I'm concerned.
