My son showed me how to get pictures into the computer, so I am going to try to post a picture of each of my birds.

First, because he came first, is Stanley, our Bourke's. He is the rosey mutation.
Second is Roni the senegal.
Third is Isaac the splendid/scarlet chested baby. He is a boy, but a very young one.
Fourth is Elisa, the linnie. She is the cobalt mutation.

I will try to get better at taking pictures and posting as I learn more.

Thanks for looking.

Jen,
Thanks

Isaac was hatched in September. I forget the exact date, but I can find it.

Linnies are awesome! Elisa has only been home a couple of days and she already seems more comfortable than all the rest. I'm sure she is not actually more comfortable, but she is outgoing. Everyone also had some other adjustments. It was time to change the cages around, and they got a new play gym. They seem to be having more trouble adjusting to the changes in caging and getting used to the play gym than she is.
She is just plain friendly. She goes to anyone, and doesn't seem to want to spend much time alone. She gets on well with both of the little birds. She'd be nice to Roni, too, but Roni has no intention of being nice to her, so I don't let Roni get within touching distance. However, their cages are very close and they talk to one another and play simultaneously and all that good bird stuff.
She is everything good all the linnie sites and aritcles describe. :biggrin5:
