Is very sad to say that my Pumpkin, my gorgeous & sweet Meyers has passed at such a young age.
I am truly devastated!
I noticed one day he was puffy & quieter so I took him to the vet. They ran blood & found him to be systemic so he was put on Baytril. I took him home, put him in a small, very warm room with a litte light & started hand feeding him mash, he did take it but just some. I ended up getting scared one day bc he looked still thin to me so I raced back to the avian vet with him & asked them to keep him for a while, feed him, nurse him back to health. After a few nights, a few grams gained in weight, I took him back home for the weekend. I knew as soon as I saw him, he was not going to make it. I took him home, as soon as he saw me, he tried to feed me. I cried & cried. He died in my arms a half an hr after we got home...oh here come the tears..I'm still not over the loss & it's been months. At least we had a last cuddle, scritch & some kisses. I really miss him. RIP we are so sad without your noises & snuggles.

Here are a couple of pics of him.
