this isn't a ? about parrots/birds but I do have a ? about this site... at the end of most everyones posts there is a small pic or something and maybe a quote.... is there a way to set that up so that it will be there everytime? automatically without uploading everytime?

Yes, Corey. Go to User CP in the top left, and click "Edit Signature" and you can upload whatever you'd like to appear in the bottom!
